Foot reflexology at the Birch Center begins with a 10 minute hot aromatherapy foot soak, which relaxes and calms the entire body.

Next, relax on the massage table and enjoy a soothing foot massage, working all the reflex points of the feet and ankles. The feet can be seen as a map of the entire body. Points worked on the feet effect all other areas. The head, spine, internal organs, etc. are all found as reflex points on the feet.

Even though only your feet (and hands) will be worked on, you will feel deep relaxation and energy running through your entire body.

This treatment is offered by licensed acupuncturist and certified massage therapist Melissa Sokulski, who pioneered the unique acu-massage, combination of massage therapy and acupuncture.
